In additionto warranty considerations that may be listed in the auctions description, if this item(s) is damaged in shipment or doesnt work when you receive it, you will need to send it back post marked within 14 days of the date the post office lists on the delivery confirmation. Once the defective item(s) returned is received by us we will send the replacement. This warranty is for 14 days and 14 days only. If you do not thoroughly inspect, test, and return the item(s) within the 14 daysallotted, then you forfeit the warranty regardless of any personal circumstances. Even if you have contacted us during the warranty period the item(s) must be post marked for return no later then 14 days from the date listed on the original delivery confirmation. Please note: some of the items that we sell have serial numbers that are recorded before the item is shipped. If the returned item doesnt have matching serial numbers or the serial numbers have been tampered with, the warranty is void. Any item(s) returned that doesnt qualify for the warranty will not be replaced and the buyer will be required to pay for shipping the item(s) back to them.

I used to own a brick and mortar back in 1995 and again in 2010. I go to trade shows and other events to buy and sell items. I am located inNorthern California. More than 1000 items on hand. I have sold over 8000 items on E-bay, each listing for sale is stock images not actual item.
