<1> Send us the size break down after you bid the list. Via Ebay Message

<2> Send us your logo artwork, advise the specs

<3> we will setup your artwork and make an Embroidery sample for approval.

<4> It will take 3 - 5 business days after embroidery stripe approved by you.

<5> we will let you know once the job done. and then dispatch and send you tracking number

Before you choose any apparels or clothes, you should know below basic measurements:

• Full Chest: Take measurements under armpits, around fullest part of chest and shoulder blades. See picture(i)
• length: Measure down from the Shoulder Peak to the length required. (X-Y) See picture(ii)
• Waist (for pants):Measure around where you normally wear your pants, keeping the tape measure a bit loose or putting one finger between your body and the tape measure. See picture(iii)
• Length(for pants):Measure from the top of the waistband in a straight line down to the desired length (usually slightly above the ground when barefoot: if wearing shoes, slightly above the top of the heel).See picture(iv)
• Inner Leg Length (for pants):Measure from the highest comfortable point between your legs straight down to where you want your trousers to end (typically just above ground level when barefoot), this with your legs slightly apart.See picture(v)

Tips: Find the clothes that fit you well, take the Measurements. and then compare to our size chart.

1. Mostly we will combine postage for your order.
2. If the styles are shipped from our different offices, we can not combine postage.
3. The Postage Cost is including the freight cost and handle fee.
4. Ask the postage cost if order over 10 items -- simply send us a message
5. We will send the order by various couriers.-- tracking number will be provided
6. It will take 2-3 working days for processing your order.
7. We are not response to any delay caused by courier company.

We are doing our best to decribe the items as close as the physical item. As we all knew the color on the screen may not exactly same as actual color. So we will not refund for any claims on colors or sizes. If you not sure what size to buy, please see aboveHow to Choose Your Proper SizeSection. All items we are selling are brand new. If you receive a faulty item or missing item in the order, please contact us in 48 hours on the date of arrival. We will send you a replacement and get the faulty items back. No return or refund for those items applied decorations (embroidery/screen printing)

We will not process any claims that raised after 48 hours on the date of arrival. It will take about 2 weeks to process the return.
